About Us
The Coast 2 Coast team have been in the industry for many years and after working within large successful companies in Cornwall decided to set up their own business in 2018.
Over the years both have managed to help grow their previous employers business and gain excellent reputations in their respective fields of expertise and are known for their attention to detail and commitment to each project they undertake ensuring that you are nothing than 100% happy with the end product.
The quality of their workmanship is second to none and from planning right through production and installation you can be sure you are in safe in the hands with Coast 2 Coast Engineering.

Rob Rowe
Having worked in the industry his whole adult life, Rob has the knowledge to fulfill all your needs within the engineering sector.
Rob started his career in a fabrication and welding apprenticeship at TJ Brent's (Bodmin) in 2004 at the age of 18. It was there he met his now business partner Steve and carried out his studies at St Austell College one day a week for 4 years.
Rob remained with the company for 10 years until the Fabrication shop was closed. Moving forward Rob joined a Civil Engineering Company in Roche where he headed up the Fabrication department for 4 years, carrying out Jobs from the Isles of Scilly/Penzance to Gloucester to Nottingham for all utility and environmental Sectors including renewable energy. (Wind Farms and Solar farms).
In his rare down time Rob can be found captaining his football team, Padstow United or spending time with his wife Tina in the wonderful county of Cornwall.

Steve Johns
Steve left school in 1982 and started his apprenticeship with Artisan Engineering where he carried out work for the MOD in the local military bases including Devonport Dock Yard. Following this part of his life he then moved to Camel Engineering in Wadebridge where he worked on some large projects in London including Canary Wharf and White City.
Started work for TJ Brent in 1994 where he stayed for 19years Fabricating and Installing all aspects from small brackets to large Structural Steel Buildings/bridges and Tanks all across the Southwest. Including a spell in Guernsey Working on the utility upgrade in the Harbour in 2000.
Steve has been married for 28 years to his wife Lisa, with two sons Lee and Ryan, living in their family home at Bodmin.
Steves knowledge and experience is unrivalled and he is an integral part of Coast 2 Coast Engineerings success thus far.
